Made effects DenyPlayerInteract, DenyBlockBreak, and DenyBlockBuild built-in to HeroStronghold

Added more built-in effects: DenyFire, DenyBucketUse, DenyLiquid, DenyExplosion, DenyPvP, and DenyFriendlyFire

periodicfarm doesn't seem to spawn creatures at all... working on it....
