    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Set any Powertool
    2.Have atleast 2 world
    3. Use the Powertool

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    The Powertool to Work Everywhere. It Will not work in the Default World

    What version of the product are you using?
    Both the Release and the Snapshot

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No Error
