Multiple bows in the inventory quickbar slots will be a problem if you are not placing the potion on the right hand side of the leftmost bow. This should be easy to fix and will be resolved in the next version.

Also, potions of the same type placed to the left of the bow in the inventory quickbar that match a potion next to the immediate right of a bow will be consumed first, allowing consecutive shots of the same potion effect without rearranging inventory. I consider this a feature of sorts, but should probably be configurable in future updates.
