What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a portal on the roof and floor directly below it
2. Place water directly inside the top portal, allowing it to flow down into the other.
3. Remove the water with a bucket.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The water should be removed and flow away naturally, instead lava flows out.
