Speed Gel and Jump Gel also don't work

Your error log is snipped very bad. Also make sure that the BKCommonLib version you use is compatible with your Craftbukkit version and that there are no other errors (for example at login).

Same error for me :(..

use BKCommonLib v1.42.

Is this happening in the nether / the end /other none-main worlds only or also in the main world? Else I guess the BKCommonLib you are using isn't 100% compatible with the CraftBukkit version, but I can't be sure as your server is being affected by a log snipping bug (all after "Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException" is snipped, but that would be the important information. :( Maybe your server.log file has the full stacktrace?).

It works when i place it on iron, i thought it was stone when i first got the plugin, but its working fine now
