What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Going into the config file and changing Anti-fall-damage boot usage to 0 and erasing the part of the lore that says the boots only have twenty usages.
2. Restarting server.
3. Giving boots.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the boots to have infinite usages and the second part of the lore to be gone, but the usages allowed was still 20 and the lore was still there, as if the config did not affect the settings at all.

What version of the product are you using?
2.0.0

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No

Please provide any additional information below.
I also tried to increase usages to 250 to see if it made a difference but it did not.
