3.6 Updates!

• New optional signs may be added to the region posts via the config file. The region posts will update themselves eventually (they're refreshed on chunk load), but if you'd like to rush the process, you can use /AddRegionPost near the post you want to update and it will update instantly.

• Once per play session, if a player builds a chest or bed outside of his home region, he'll get a message reminding him to consider using /MoveIn because it will help him return to this location later.

• Posts will no longer build on top of jungle trees.
