    The shankshock.plugins doesnt not enable ranks to see the plugins for some reason.  Not even for admins.  Is it for Ops only to see?  Cause even opping myself it will not show the list.. Id like a way to see the list with Cb 1337 and up so i can tell when something is wrong I just do not want everyone seeing the list.
