    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Added permission node
    2. /plugins command not working for me (user with permission node shankshock.plugins)
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I expect something, preferrably my list of plugins, but nothing happens on either console or client.

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.2 1240

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    None exists

    Please provide any additional information below.

    This worked just fine until upgrading bukkit to 1317. Please update.
