    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Player mutes target.
    2.Player gets muted.
    3.Target isn't muted.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expected is to mute the target, but instead the person muting the target gets muted.

    What version of the product are you using?
    Latest

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No.
