Charged creeper won't drop heads of any mob it has blown up.

What plugin version are you using? PlayerHeads v5.2.18

Does the issue occur in the previous version of the plugin? Unsure

What server type and version did you use it on? Purpur 1.18.2

Just a clarification - is this a request for nonvanilla mobs to drop heads from charged creepers - or reporting that vanilla mobs aren't dropping?

If it's the vanilla mobs, then this may depend on one of your "behavior" configuration settings, but I will try to follow up later this week.

This issue is with both vanilla and nonvanilla mobs that I have tested today. But I was testing to see if this option would work with mobs like spiders and phantoms as well. Is it possible for nonvanilla mobs like spiders and phantoms to drop their head from charged creepers with a 100% chance if I have the chargedcreepermodifier all the way up to 1.0?

This is an excel one of my players made when testing out the plugin. From this Excel, the chargedcreeperbehavior (replace) would need to be fixed.
