Changelog

This release was driven by complaints from people that are using the outdated jre 7 instead of the standard jre 8.

Alright, for those of you who are incapable of upgrading to Java 8, you may use this file. It is the same as the other version but it is was compiled with jdk 1.7.0_71. It should work with Java Runtime Environment 7. If it does not, please notify me. If you have Java 8, don't download this file, it has already been uploaded as PlayerCountMessage v4.0

Same as the old caveats, except this will work with java 7 (hopefully) while the other version works with java 8.
