Updated to Spigot 1.10. Fixed bug with players thinking they're still riding other players

None that I know of, but may interfere with other plugins utilizing shift-right-clicking or shift-left-clicking.

Due to a bug in MC 1.9+, the packets to display riders on a player now have to be sent manually using NMS code. This means nothing for the end user, but make sure when downloading PiggyBack you choose the latest version.
