    In certain situations, it can appear that the inventory was not properly restored to the player.

    Bug in minecraft, not sure on the best way to work around without taxing resources.

    Happenning in my server too. Maybye the solution its to make a copy of the inventory in the database? You could use SQL inventory to do this.

    No, this is caused by a bug in the Minecraft client. Methinks delaying the inventory re-send would fix it, but I haven't had a chance to try that since it'd complicate the code quite a bit.
