WARNING: in testing. May cause CORRUPTION to your world (although it hasn't had any issues for me), please ensure you run on a test server or keep active backups.

• Keep in mind OtherGrowth is designed for _slow_ changes to the world - current settings are for testing and may change your world quicker than you like

• no conditions yet, just replaces a given type of block with another at a configured chance.
