    Hi,

i updated all my servers to the new OnTime v4.1.0. But the old ontime from the players who updated their name before the new ontime version released, they have a different ontime on their new name.

    For example: http://fs2.directupload.net/images/150214/w5q5gf9s.png

This is the same user. He changed his name from AleWu to ItzAleWu before a few days. Today i installed the new OnTime version. and he has a different ontime.

Here is my config.yml (mysql host and password hidden): http://pastebin.com/NDs3aCtk

On one server i have primaryServer activated. Each server has a different multiServerName.

Could you please make that the old ontime is being added to the new ontime?
This would be very nice! Thanks!

    I'm having the same issue.

I wish I could provide you more info but the way it's acting is very bizarre, Some player records who had their playtime manually changed prior to V4 are working fine, others have reset. Players who changed names after v4 are not getting the same playtime on every server, and for some records it shows the player as offline when they switch to a different server (checked from the server they are on).

This error is also happening quite often: http://pastebin.com/gAHnCrRs

During the beta testing phase for V4.x, I did not have any volunteer systems that were multi-server, so you may be uncovering some new issues with your configuration. Again, as I said in my PM it really is necessary for you to provide ALL of the information requested in the ticket template. (I know I said the config.yml was MOST important, but the other info is also necessary.)

If you have different configs on your different servers, than a config.yml from each would be most helpful.

I need to know what server (I'm guessing bungee) system you are using, but I don't want to guess as this could lead me down a bad investigation path. (This is an example, so please go and completely fill out the ticket information.)

Your issue may or may not be the same, as I am not sure how close your two configurations are. So, Cyclo666 it may be better for you to open your own ticket and provide all of the requested information. (For example I need to see YOUR config.yml to figure out the error message that you shared.)

I use bungeecord with RedisBungee. We have 3 bungeecord instances installed, but this should not be the issue.

Here are my configurations from all of my servers:

    Lobby-1: http://pastebin.com/hKVnY22f Lobby-2: http://pastebin.com/hTsxq0c5 Lobby-3: http://pastebin.com/mecHXRmq aw: http://pastebin.com/SCb0rtAm jump: http://pastebin.com/fYTjUVrN miniaw: http://pastebin.com/dW0minXf arcade: http://pastebin.com/iF8v8uUL other: http://pastebin.com/6v8ej1JF pvp: http://pastebin.com/NDs3aCtk

I tested it also with the multiServer: false setting. It doesn't work. Old users who changed their name before the Ontime update have a different ontime now.

All servers are running on spigot patched build 1658 (support for 1.7.x and 1.8.x, download: http://spigotmc.info/patched/spigot1658.jar)

I use PermissionsEx as permissions management.

Thanks for providing all the info. The issue you have with the inconsistent user data is not related to the multi-server environment as you deduced. I think I have a fix for this and should have update out shortly as soon as I finish testing.

I will later tackle the larger issues with problems with the MultiServer environment, which I still think will have problems even with the fix mentioned above.

    Hi,

i see that you uploaded a new OnTime version with a lot of bugfixes.

But i get this error when i run /ontime uuid merge: http://pastebin.com/vBsME25a

EDIT: /ontime uuid merge don't work for me. It sends me the message "UUID Update Initiated" and it takes a very long time (there are 216524 entrys in my ontime mysql database). I get no message that the update was completed and the player AleWu, who changed his name, has a different ontime for his old and his new name. But i get a lot of the errors mentioned above.

This have i seen at last: http://pastebin.com/Jp6wSzHk
