What is OKB3?
Bulletin Board Bridge, or OKB3 as I've dubbed it, is a forum bridging plugin that currently allows you to whitelist/blacklist your server, set Permissions 3.x.x, PermissionsEx, GroupManager, bPermissions, permissionsBukkit groups based on forum ranks, promote/demote players on both the server and your forums, mirror forum and server nicknames, mirror forum and server bans, reward forum posts with BoseConomy, iConomy or EssentialsEcon currency, and more!

Did not realize you were using github for repo but not for ticketting, I'll resubmit it as a ticket through curse.
Edit: I just realized you already have the ticket created in the curse part..... XD I'm tired
Edit Edit: We have created something that might work for this. https://github.com/WarcraftServerCoding/JOOMLA/blob/master/src/me/kalmanolah/forumlistener/JOOMLA.java
if you could check this out and tell me if it looks right. I'll test it in a day or so.

I see no tickets under your name.
@saul100
I created a ticket almost a month ago, get in line.
@California292
Yes you connect OKB to your forum database. The perms groups don't have to be the same as the forum group. OKB only needs the Group ID (Usually found in the URL while editing a group or in the database directly). The permission group name can be whatever you want.
Using SMF, I would use the mysql data form my forums? (I've got the forums on a separate server form the actual minecraft server, but both have mysql access) Also, how do the groups work, do the perms groups have to be named the same as the forum member groups?
Created a ticket a week ago, would appreciate a reply
@Fronix
Maybe working on the latest dev-build. (Some comments down below)
Any progress made with the /rank command for XenForo (secondary_groups)?
Hey I got a small question.
I got it all connected and I can successfully sync myself. But how will the other players be synced? Does it need to be done manually? or will it be done as soon they register/login on the forum?
Greetings,
Hello again!
Some bug-fixes for the rewrite! : http://buildbot.greatmancode.com/artifact/OKBR-OKBR1/shared/build-6/Dev-Build/target/OKB3-3.7.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
@Hoppelmann
Make them try the dev-build. It's really easy to configure it.
Hello there be a support for Burning Board Lite 2.1
Sorry for my English
A little question at you, greatman321:
If you will get a request like this:
Could you repair OKB3 at our server?
What will you say?
I haven't a server, but I have some friends who thinks that you will help them.
I know, this isn't a really good question, but I want to know it ...
Hello guys!
The long and awaited rewrite is finally here!
Remember, this is a highly-experimental dev-build. I only tested the /sync and /resync with XenForo. I recommend to test it out on a test server first. You need to delete your whole OKB3 folder since everything changed (Make a backup of your config since it's about the same). Please post the bug-reports in the Bug Tracker with the version: 3.7.0. That way, I know it's the rewrite.
You can download it here: http://buildbot.greatmancode.com/artifact/OKBR-OKBR1/shared/build-5/Dev-Build/target/OKB3-3.7.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
Github: https://github.com/greatman/OKB/tree/rewrite
Supported forums: https://github.com/greatman/OKB/tree/rewrite/forumlistener
The way that forum/website links changed a bit. Instead of the links to be in the .jar file, they are downloaded into the plugins/OKB3/links folder from github if the links folder doesn't exist (This zip file to be exact: https://github.com/greatman/OKB/raw/rewrite/forumlistener.zip ). That way, you can create your own link files and directly integrate it into your OKB system without going through me (Yay! Remember I still accept them to be officially included into OKB.)
Config file slightly changed:
Example config: https://github.com/greatman/OKB/blob/rewrite/config.yml
I installed it but I have no idea if I can communicate with the database and when i use the command /funban and others to I have to completely restart the server.
This is the other thing i get: 14:24:23 CONSOLE: [WARNING] [OKB3] [SQLite] Error at SQL Query: [SQLITE_ERROR] SQL error or missing database (no such table: players) And when a player loggs in: 14:28:29 CONSOLE: [WARNING] [OKB3] [SQLite] Error at SQL Query: [SQLITE_ERROR] SQL error or missing database (no such table: bans) 14:28:29 CONSOLE: [SEVERE] at org.bukkit.craftbukkit.scheduler.CraftWorker.run(CraftWorker.java:34) 14:28:29 CONSOLE: [SEVERE] at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source) 14:28:29 CONSOLE: [SEVERE] at me.kalmanolah.okb3.OKRunnable.run(OKRunnable.java:38)
nvm I finally fixed it. used phpbb instead of PHPBB3
I have okb3 installed and it seems to be working ok for users who are registered on my forum. However, I do not understand how to treat users who have not registered on my forum. I would like it so that people who are not registered on my (smf) forum are not allowed to play on my bukkit server. I assume this is what the (black)whitelist is for? I have not had success in using it for this purpose. How can I specify the group to blacklist if there is no group for anonymous/guest users?
Thanks.
@greatman321
gotcha, thx!
@darkcloud784
I can still do them. I did that only so I don't need to update the whole OKB just for a single new link file.
@greatman321
Does the fact your making it so people can add their own "plugin" to sync their servers mean your not going to add any other forum support because I was hoping for kuenea support.
