-Added forum post count rewarding feature. Uses the Register API to pay a preconfigured amount of chunks per post, if enabled.
-Added the CubeList Anonymous Stat Tracking class. This class will report info about your plugins to CubeList. It can be disables in the config.yml.
-Rewrote the whole plugin to be faster and more effecient.
