• Complete rewrite of plugin to use new way to determine if player can create a portal.
• Changed the way permission nodes work.
• Created watchdog to find existing portals.
• Created destroyer system to automatically remove unwanted portals.

Destroyer system will sometimes only remove 1 block from the portal leaving the other 5 portal blocks active.
