This file is zipped in a .zip file, use an archive extracting tool to open it.

You need CraftBukkit build #1818 (RB 1.1) for this to work, otherwise be careful and make a server backup beforehand.

Buffered unloaded chunks appear to be put inside the chunk provider, causing NPE exceptions. I added a lot of logged messages around it to find out why, but it's a bit question mark to me too.

This version does fix all the errors previously occurring in 1.58.8.
