Bukkit

Provided basic functionality:

• Built combat tag queue and timer system.
• Edits drop lists accordingly.
• Excepts music discs.
• Created basic config file reader.
• Expanded to work with experience drops.

• Awaiting bukkit update to deal with potion bugs. Mobs drop experience when killed by potions, but no items.
