    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.When Restrict Spawn Eggs is Set to True, Spawn Eggs are disabled for everyone.
    2.Even With the bypass and op status, they are still disabled.
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expected: Mobs to spawn,    Instead: They don't spawn.

    What version of the product are you using?
    the latest one (V.1.5.9)

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Nothing Came up in the logs...
