3.8.11-RC-b467

Release for CraftBukkit 1.4.7, (1.4.6, 1.4.5, 1.4.2). This version is compatible with CraftBukkit 1.4.7-R1.0, should be compatible with 1.4.6 and might be compatible down to 1.4.2.

3.8.11-RC-b467 mainly contains bugfixes and additions to configurability, "blind" preparations for Minecraft 1.5.

Big topics:

• Velocity handling (horizontal)
• On-ground judgement, bounding boxes, block-collision logic.
• "Blind" support for 1.5 blocks, without being able to test them.
  This is an attempt to make the new blocks at least "playable" with the "bukkit-api-only" compatibility module in use. Allow walking on/through new blocks. Breaking times are not adjusted, i.e. new blocks are instantly breakable by default. This is no guarantee that this version can actually work with a CraftBukkit version for Minecraft 1.5, since any kind of changes to the client or server logic can still affect NCP in unforseeable ways.
