• Added Vault support to /news
• Newspaper is now dependent on Vault
• Added color support to /notd and /news (config.yml)
• Added a prefix to most Newspaper messages
• If you type /help, Newspaper is now on the top, in red

Current Problems/Bugs

• My comments are being deleted in config.yml
