• New sub-command: /nbtt tocommand, converts tile entities to command blocks;
• New sub-command: /nbtt command-colors, replaces & with § on command blocks;
• New sub-command: /nbtt sign, to set text on signs;
• Allow drop chance with value 2 (100% drop chance + no effect on durability);
• Other small changes;
