Support for: 1.7.10 - 1.8.8

• Re-coded most of the code to optimize it and clean some of features not useful .
• Removed the eco reset setting, as the local economy balance will no longer reset.
• Database structure changes to support data purge of old users.
• Added config option to remove old users from the database.
  
  

If you update from any previews versions, note!!!

• Version 2.0 is no longer compatible with 1.0 database! In order to not lose players balances before update go to plugin config and disable eco reset setting and leave it like that for few days, then you can update to version 2.0
• Version 2.0 has a different config file but also the plugin name was changed from MysqlEconomyBridge to MysqlEcoBridge so it will create a new folder with the new name.
