What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

The ability to equip horses (and not just donkeys/mules) with chests would be pretty nifty. This should be done via command by looking at the horse, and having a chest in your inventory. I'm not too keen on allowing the "right-click-to-equip-horse" feature, but if you decide to add that, then please make it configurable whether we can disable it or not.

Please provide any additional information below.

The ability to remove a chest from a horse should also be available via another command (and if you remove a chest, it goes back in your inventory, and the horse's contents drop). Both of these commands should have their own permissions node.

This is a interesting idea, which could be easily implemented as an option in the config.

Is there any reason why you would prefer a command rather than right-clicking the horse?
The way it already works with mules is right-clicking, so wouldn't this command method be a little inconsistent with that.
