Added: Gang currency balance for servers using an economy plugin

Since Vault no longer supports non-player linked accounts, and Essentials doesn't support named bank accounts, I had to implement my own economy system into GangLands. It still works with player accounts through Vault etc, but Gang accounts will not be accessible to other plugins.... for now.

Added: /gang balance - Check your gangs bank balance

Added: /gang deposit - Deposit money from your personal account to your gangs account

Added: /gang pay - Pay money from gang fund to another gang or player

Fixed: Bug related to initial "Gang Tag" when creating a gang
