some changes, no more commands but fixes!

* Always send the message "processing registration", at some of the errors that message was not sent.
* email verification, thanks to EnkyHD for the source!
* ip is now also given during registration
* change things to debug stuff
* fixed bug #2 (always send "you are not registered", even if you are registered)
* protection against namechange, please have understands
* remove debug numbers, unused and knocked out
