• fixed skills using decreciated gainExp method
• removed SonicBoom, Arrowstorm, Inversion, Empathy, and Reborn because they are now included with Heroes
• added UnholyRitual which kills target zombie or skeleton and gives you mana

SkillCritical and SkillTether don't work. I'll fix this soon.
