What steps will reproduce the problem?
The server has been running for 2 days (not intentional) and a player is getting denied teleporting anywhere due to the anti cheat (?) message "You're teleporting too fast, slow down!" and he is not even close to teleporting fast, he just uses the command.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That he can teleport without problems, or an option to disable this..

Have you tried the latest version of MultiInv from http://build.yu8.me:8080/job/MultiInv3/ (If not please try it to see if it solves your issues)?
No, because that requires a newer version of tuxtwolib?

What is the entire list of plugins on your server (doing /plugins on the console and pasting the output is a quick method to do this)?

I have also this problem. We have an Parkour plugin and when I click on the sign it teleports me to the parkour. But when I joined the parkour it leaves it because of MultiInv giving that 'You're teleporting too fast, slow down!' messages.

I hope this can be fixed as soon as possible!
