Workable containers that are not based off the chest id as that can sometimes be glitch, customizable slots. So items such as end tables or cuboards are possible.

Some sort of timer on items in containers, for example:

Butter can be made by putting milk into a churn and leaving it for x amount of time + maybe adding certain ingredients over time as well as it goes through stages.

Item 1 is impossible in Spoutcraft. Your suggested change requires a client side coding change.

A few new SMP's that I am working already include the item #2 you suggested.

I've seen a plugin called MoreBlocks manage it, they have a endtable or something with nine slots, how did they manage to get that?
