Version 1.3 - Mobs/Players having to be killed with a stone, iron, gold, or diamond sword to drop their head can be disabled in the config. - Fixed wither skeletons dropping normal skeleton skulls.
Version 1.1 - Wither Skull drop chance can now be changed. If wither skeletons are disabled in the config, the vanilla drop rates will apply. - You will now receive a warning if your config file is missing values. - Uploaded as a jar, and the config will generate automatically.
