What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. restart server
2. attempt to create iron golem and snow golem
3. doesn't work
4. Disable mobmanager and both work but world is overspawned with mobs.
5. enabled and changed iron golem and snowman counts to 100 instead of -1 and added them to the whitelist.
6. snowman works but not irongolem.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?
3.0.3

Do you have an error log of what happened?
I turned on warnings but still didn't see anything in the logs.

Please provide any additional information below.
