What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
This is 2 different ideas.

1) Live console/more informative chat. The current chat has no formatting, and no way to see messages sent in private (/msg or faction chat for example). A live console feed would fix this or a feed of everything someone enters (even commands) instead of just chat messages.

2) Access to the chat and other features via web browser. This way I can access it from any computer, instead of just from my cell phone. This would be very useful for anyone who doesn't have a very powerful phone, or users who just want to check the chat quickly.
