can't connect to plugin #55

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. server is online
    2. take pretty long until it says it can't connect
    3. everything is correct in config

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I see make sure the plugin is set up correctly.

    What version of the product are you using?
    latest

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no

    Please provide any additional information below.
    although I don't know if I would have an error because it may be while loading the plugins too far on cmd.
