• Show customizable and formattable MOTD on login
• Rules command (/rules) shows custom text, configurable
• Starter kit giveaway on first join (or later, if removed from config file)
• Custom text formatting either with the section sign, or the shortcut f:
• NEW: Special player welcome messages
