• Rewrote plot selection code
• Added configurable floor generation to plots
• Added a welcome message telling players where their home is.
• Switched from PlayerLoginEvent to PlayerJoinEvent

This may change blocks on player login. Make sure you understand how this will happen before running on a production server.
