Update to 0.0.6

Added an ability, updated for minecraft version 1.6.2. Armor and effects are now properly used.

Known bugs:

(Fixed for the next version) Exception that stops MegaCreeps from working properly in special cases of using "incinerate", when one of the arguments is null.

(Fixed for the next version) The flag for "clear standard drops" is not read properly if you use more than one active world.

(Fixed for the next version) After a server restart, remaining MegaCreeps are no longer any special.
