+Lots of refactoring, plus a near-total rewrite of the command processing structure.

+Updated to work with 1.2.4 RB1

Nothing terribly new or fancy with this release, I've mostly been working on bringing things up-to-par that I was lazy with in the past. The above-mentioned command rewrite was much-needed and will hopefully let me make commands that are less verbose and more flexible!

None. But remember, if you find any bugs, PLEASE OPEN A TICKET =). Things don't get fixed if I don't know about them!
