  2. Fixes internal concurrency issue.
  3. Error messages are more understandable.
  4. Fixes an issue where the backups file may be corrupted or misread.

The only log messages tracked are those from the mcdigr plugin log and the craftbukkit log, but no other plugin loggers until https://bukkit.atlassian.net/browse/BUKKIT-1928 is fixed.

HeroChat and MultiCurrency are not currently supported.
