Shiftclicking while duplicating now puts the duped map in your inventory, like normal shiftclick.
Shiftclicking the normal map creation recipe has been disabled by request, as it (in vanilla bukkit) creates only map_0's, and due to this bug I cannot seem to fix that by creating new maps (with a new mapid and centered on the correct current coodinates). At least users won't be wasting materials!
