Disable mailbox in Creaitve mode. #14

    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    If a person is in Creative mode than it should block all /mailbox commands.
    The reason I want this added is because I want to set up a creative world but I use permissionsEX and it won't let be disable this for people so they can use this as a way to send items to the normal world.
