Changelog

This release fixes a bug that lead to 'invalid number(s)' errors when creating TeleportSigns without a yaw.

I also improved the error messages so that this ambiguous message is replaced by clearer ones.

Btw, did you notice the binary is 123KB big and the version is 1.2.3?! :P
