    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. set charge to true
    2. /mr
    3. everyone can use /mcb to enable magic carpet without permission.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Player without permission should not enable to use magic carpet

    What version of Magic Carpet are you using?
    MagicCarpet v2.4.2

    What version of Bukkit are you using?
    CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-1302 (MC: 1.7.2)

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I love this plugin and hope this can be fixed.

    This was sorta the expected outcome. Permission based or charge based. Not both... Is that what your wanting? Both?
