What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get someone to lock their bookshelf.
2. Get them to store some exp.
3. Left click, you can still take it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It shouldn't let me take the exp. Instead, it does.

What version of the product are you using?
v0.7

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No.

Please provide any additional information below.
This was supposedly fixed earlier. It isn't.

Okay, you're the only one to report this so far. I have been unable to see this happen myself. Can you tell me what other plugins you're running on the server, and what your permissions node looks like?
