Sorry for the double-update, but this new version is an experiment with using enchanted items as wand and spell "icons". This still has a ways to go before it's useable in an RPG sense, but this at least lets an op dole out wands and spells to players without them being able to just gather the item needed.

Note that, as a side-effect, PvP means claiming your opponent's wand and spells as well.

I'm pretty sure this is the direction I want to take, but in case people enjoy the more free-form previous version I wanted to have that one up as well.
