TODO: - Use Block objects instead of Location Objects

- Add verbose-logging in config.yml

- Add enchantment table tracking

- Block pistons from pushing or pulling appliances

- Add sound/visual effects

Pistons can push appliances such as crafting tables, which resets their amount of uses.

Explosions from sources like TNT and creepers can destroy the appliance, and if another appliance is set on the destroyed appliance's location, it will retain the same amount of uses.

/po infinite for infinite usage placement of appliances does not work.
