    What steps will reproduce the problem?

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Lottery should draw, but it doesnt

    What version of bukkit and lottery plugin are you using?

    Latest
    Are you using any economy plugins? If so, which?
    Essentials Eco

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    Nope

    Please provide any additional information below.
    The only way to fix this is to reinstall the plugin :P

    From what i'm aware, this is a bukkit bug, which there is no known fix for. The bukkit team are aware of issues related to it, and know it got much worse since 1.3.1 came out. The issue affects any plugins which use the timer, afaik. Once it breaks (i dont know the trigger), until the server is restarted any commands added to the timer queue will just not run.
