[~] Fixed error when creating a potion/enchantment that went over its max level. Now when this happens it defaults to its max possible level.
[+] Added a new format that will enable users to 'customize' the items that will spawn in detail. It is still possible to use the old format.
[+] Added ability to use item ID's in the list of items, not just the name.
